TERMS & CONDITIONS

Milk is delivered to the doorstep of the address provided. From this point it is the responsibility of the customer. Occasionally delivery times may vary.

Invoices are sent out to milk round customers by email at the end of every month, payment must be made in full within 7 days.

To leave the milk round simply email info@cleavefarmdairy.co.uk and give your name and address. You can leave the milk round at any time, there is no notice period, and you will only pay for the milk you have had delivered.

To pause a milk delivery, in the event of a holiday for example, simply email info@cleavefarmdairy.co.uk with your name and address and which dates you would like to NOT have delivery. We will then automatically start again when you return.

Any changes to milk round orders must be made by 9am on Monday for Tuesday deliveries and by 9am on Thursday for Friday deliveries.
