Delivery and Refunds

Milk round deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Fridays. We have one round delivered in the morning (roughly 3am-8am) and one round delivered in the afternoon (roughly 2pm-6pm). These times may vary occasionally but we will inform you via email if this is the case. Milk will be delivered to the doorstep, from this point it is the responsibility of the customer.

If you are a milk round customer then any meat deliveries can be made at the same time. Alternatively, when you order from our online shop we will send you an email with a delivery slot. If you are not going to be at home but will return that day then please leave a cool box.
